Rudolf Sihlovec

Rudolf has extensive experience from various executive, financial, industrial and investment banking roles. He began his career at Investment Bank Austria, later at Gasfin where oversaw designing of hedging, trading, and investment strategies. Later, Rudolf was leading M&A transactions, performing business counseling with aim of maximizing future economic benefit. After completing master’s degree at University of Pittsburg and professional education of ACCA joined Board of Directors of EXIMBANK SR with accountability of risk management, business analysis, treasury, custody, accounting a taxes, and HR.

He has extensive experience in OEM segment, which he gained in Omnia KLF as a Chairman of Board of Directors, the company active in heavy industry and provides a variety of applications for automotive, industrial and railway sectors for VW, Seat, Škoda, Audi, Porsche, DB, Wabtec, Bombardier, SKF, Schaeffler etc. He is CSO in Omnia Holding SE, CEO of InoBat Energy and InoBat Hydrogen, and member of supervisory board of e-dome, companies which are active in the field of M&A, energy efficiency, green energy, energy savings and storage of energy.
