AS AN EXHIBITOR AT THE INTERNATIONAL FLOW BATTERY FORUM 2026

This year, INO-HUB Energy once again participated in the International Flow Battery Forum (IFBF) 2026, one of the leading international conferences focused on flow battery technologies and long-duration energy storage. This year’s participation was particularly significant for our company, as we joined the event as an exhibitor for the first time. Throughout the conference, we showcased our energy storage solutions, including our Vanadium Redox Flow Battery (VRFB) technology, laboratory testing equipment, the AORTA+ Energy Management System, and the DigiTwin platform. The conference featured a wide range of technical presentations and discussions covering the latest developments in flow battery technologies, renewable energy integration, and the future of long-duration energy storage. It also provided an excellent opportunity to meet with partners, industry experts, and establish new professional connections. We would like to thank everyone who visited our booth. Participating in IFBF 2026 was a valuable opportunity to present our technologies, gain new insights, and build relationships that will support the further development of our activities. CONNECTING SIMULATION AND REALITY: AORTA+ AND DigiTwin IN PRACTICE

The real power of the platform lies in connecting AORTA+ and DigiTwin into a single comprehensive solution. Together, they create a bridge between the virtual world of simulations and real energy infrastructure. This makes the process of deploying new solutions significantly safer and more efficient. First, new strategies, algorithms, or configurations are tested in the DigiTwin […]
DigiTwin – DIGITAL TWIN AS THE BASIS FOR SAFE INNOVATION

Implementing new energy strategies in real-world operations always involves risk. That is why the AORTA+ platform includes the DigiTwin module, which brings the concept of digital twins directly into energy management.DigiTwin is a virtual copy of a real energy system – batteries, production sources, appliances, and the entire local network. This model faithfully mimics the […]
AORTA+ : NEW GENERATION SMART ENERGY MANAGEMENT

Today’s energy systems face increasing complexity – rising energy prices, decentralized production, battery storage, and high demands for operational stability. AORTA+ was created in response to these challenges and provides intelligent energy management based on artificial intelligence and advanced optimization algorithms. The basis of AORTA+ is its ability to predict future consumption and production trends and, […]
VANADIUM ELECTROLYTE PRODUCTION

Vanadium electrolyte is the core component of vanadium redox flow batteries (VRFBs), as it determines the energy storage capacity, ionic conductivity, and a significant portion of the total system cost. The electrolyte quality is directly linked to the battery’s performance and lifetime, making the use of an optimal electrolyte essential to ensure high stability and […]
IH KW TEST RIG: ADVANCING REDOX FLOW BATTERY INNOVATION

Stack testing is one of the most crucial steps in developing efficient Vanadium Redox Flow Battery (VRFB) systems. It serves as the bridge between laboratory-scale cell testing—where small experiments are conducted—and large commercial systems that require fully optimized equipment capable of storing and delivering multi-kW and multi-kWh energy. To support this development, our R&D team […]
DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS FOR VRFB ENERGY STORAGE DEVELOPMENT

Vanadium Redox Flow Battery (VRFB) technology is a leading solution for long-duration energy storage (4-12+ hours). Its key advantage is the decoupling of power (stack) from capacity (electrolyte volume), enabling cost-effective grid-scale applications. Current development focuses on component optimization and reducing levelized cost of storage (LCOS). 1. System Architecture 2. Stack Design & Materials 3. […]
PARTICIPATION IN THE WORKSHOP – SME FACILITATION WORKSHOP

INO-HUB Energy regularly participates in events organised by IPCEI partners. On 9 September 2025, we took part in the SME Facilitation Workshop, held online and focused on supporting the involvement of small and medium-sized enterprises in IPCEI projects. The event provided a platform for expert discussion among representatives of institutions, Member States, and the business […]
PARTICIPATION IN THE OSSConf 2025 CONFERENCE

INO-HUB Energy participated in the 13th edition of the OSSConf 2025 conference, which is one of the key professional events focused on open-source technologies, open data, education, artificial intelligence, and their practical application in both academic and applied practice. The conference programme was characterised by a high professional standard, thematic balance, and a diverse range […]
TÜV CERTIFICATION – TRACKING THE PERFORMANCE

TÜV certification (sometimes written as “TUV certification”) refers to the testing, inspection, and certification services provided by TÜV organizations. TÜV certification plays a crucial role in advancing Redox Flow Battery (RFB) technologies by ensuring that products meet internationally recognized safety, quality, and performance standards. As RFBs continue to gain attention for large-scale energy storage, independent […]
